Leslie Wiernik

 Leslie is the current CEO and past board president of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).  She has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance, subrogation and legal industries.  Leslie was the national subrogation manager for Crum & Forster Insurance and has worked in multi-line claims for both personal and commercial lines carriers.  She holds a paralegal degree, specializing in insurance litigation, and she was instrumental in creating subrogation initiatives and client development strategies for several subrogation companies.  

Leslie has recently been meeting with House and Senate Committees regarding proposed legislation that could affect contractual subrogation rights.  She has been invited to speak at many insurance conferences in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. and has conducted numerous in-house training classes for carriers, TPAs and risk managers on the benefits of subrogation.
