Tiffany joined BNY Mellon in 2017 after 17 years of experience in the public and private sector, the majority being at KPMG LLP in Pittsburgh. Prior to launching her professional career, she graduated from Washington and Jefferson College and Carnegie Mellon University (Heinz School of Public Policy and Management). Her current role as one of the Directors in the Technology Risk and Control group at BNY Mellon is to help technology teams be proactive in their identification of things that can go wrong and address potential situations before problems arise. Tiffany enjoys working with colleagues around the world who team together to help ensure security and controls are embedded in the company at every level.

Tiffany especially focuses on building relationships with colleagues through mutual goals. “I try to see everyone’s perspective when approaching a potential issue to be solved. I come into discussions with the understanding that everyone has priorities and pressures, and we are all working together to do the right thing for the company.” Tiffany also credits her team for their successes in helping to meet high expectations. “Being in this industry is challenging. My team is so good at keeping up with industry trends and anticipating what we need to focus on next. They are really talented, and I appreciate the hard work they do every day.”

In addition to her professional responsibilities, which require frequent travel to New York, Tiffany enjoys being a wife and Mom. Her daughter is a student at Duquesne University, and her son is in elementary school and enjoys playing hockey.
