Brad is a Director at the law firm Houston Harbaugh, P.C. He works with closely-held business owners and high net worth individuals with respect to their unique business and succession plan needs. Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, Brad served as a certified public accountant for the accounting firm of Ernst & Young L.L.P.
Brad has also developed The Succession SolutionSM, a customized program to assist closely-held businesses in their transition into the next generation. He is also the author of the best-selling book entitled The Succession SolutionSM: The Complete Guide to Transition Planning.
