Emily Davis

Emily is an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Group, focusing her practice on oil and gas litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal court in a variety of matters, including lease and contract disputes, pipeline condemnations, royalty actions, and property claims. Emily has experience at all stages of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and advocating at mediations, hearings, and trial.

 Prior to joining Reed Smith, Emily served as a clerk to Justice Max Baer of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She also practiced in Charlotte, North Carolina, at a general litigation firm, counselling clients through all phases of litigation.
