Glenn is a senior investment banking professional with expert-level experience in capital markets and business advisory, and has built successful investment banking businesses at multiple firms over the course of his career. Adaptable, collegial, collaborative, and naturally curious, he brings broad knowledge and expertise as well as a helpful entrepreneurial and mentoring approach across multiple sectors and verticals as an advisor to large and small companies and municipalities and their executives across the United States. He has originated and executed capital markets transactions involving senior debt, subordinated debt, convertible debt, private equity, restructuring, refinancing, M&A, strategic advisory, public-private partnerships and public finance, as well as served as a temporary CFO. He earned his AB in Economics from the University of Michigan, a Master Certificate in Executive Leadership and Strategy Development from Cornell University, and also holds several executive education certificates from Wharton and Yale. He volunteers his time as a coach and mentor at the University of Pittsburgh’s Innovation Institute, Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business ,and at his alma mater, the University of Michigan. He enjoys reading, travel, cooking, sailboat racing, Michigan football, and Pink Floyd. Glenn and his wife, Martha, live in Shadyside.
