Katelin Montgomery is an Associate in Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Katelin focuses her practice on commercial and employment disputes. She regularly practices in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania, including the appellate courts, and has experience representing clients in various tort actions. Katelin enjoys problem-solving issues for her clients and reaching favorable outcomes in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Prior to joining Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, Ms. Montgomery represented healthcare professionals in medical malpractice claims in both state and federal court and has successfully defended clients at trial. Katelin received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in June 2016, and served on the Duquesne University Law Review as an Associate Editor. During law school, Ms. Montgomery clerked for Justice Christine Donohue on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and served as the President of Duquesne Law’s prestigious Appellate Moot Court program. She is a 2016 recipient of Duquesne Law School’s Distinguished Student Award.
