Kathleen M. Mannard

Kathleen M. Mannard is an Associate Attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky. Kathleen works primarily in the areas of litigation and the public/non-profit sector, with a focus in municipal law and land use. Kathleen joined Strassburger McKenna after working as a summer associate with the firm in 2019.  Ms. Mannard graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May 2020 with a specialized area of study in Environmental & Energy Law.  Kathleen is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. In the summer of 2020, Kathleen was the recipient of the ACBA’s Energy and Environmental Law Section’s Annual Scholarship in recognition of her dedication to the practice areas.
