Kazi Ahmed

Kazi is an associate at Reed Smith in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and focuses his practice on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters.

 During law school, Kazi was an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice and a research and teaching assistant for Vice Admiral (Ret.) James W. Houck with respect to his national security simulation course. Prior to law school, Kazi was a litigation paralegal at a law firm in Times Square, New York, and serviced select Fortune 500 companies.
