Mallory Sikora focuses her practice on a broad range of tax and estate matters.  Mallory assists clients with all stages of estate administration, including preparation of probate forms, Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns and necessary filing requirements pursuant to state and county rules.  She prepares estate planning documents, including last will and testaments, healthcare powers of attorney, living wills, financial powers of attorney, testamentary trusts, pour over wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, charitable remainder trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, qualified terminable interest property trusts, and asset protection trusts for estates ranging in size from $300,000.00 to$50,000,000.00.

Mallory has experience in preparing tax returns, including personal income tax returns, fiduciary tax returns, inheritance tax returns, federal estate tax returns and federal estate tax returns for portability purposes. She has assisted and advised clients on potential tax implications throughout the trust administration and estate administration processes.  Mallory prepares documents in connection with the sale, purchase, and financing in respect to the purchase of real estate properties.

While in law school, Mallory interned for the Honorable Judge John L. Musmanno, of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mallory also served as the Associate Editor in Chief of the Charleston Law Review, participated on the Charleston School of Law Moot Court Team and Trial Advocacy Team and was also a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Mallory practiced in the area of estates and trusts at another Pittsburgh law firm.
