Randa Lewis

Randa is an associate in Reed Smith’s Pittsburgh office and focuses her practice on environmental litigation, regulations, and transactions. She has represented clients in a broad range of complex environmental issues, including civil enforcement and litigation matters, under federal and state laws. 

Randa earned both her J.D. and M.S. in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and was editor-in-chief of Joule: Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Journal. In addition to managing the law school’s Urban Development Practicum, Randa was also a student attorney assisting various non-profit organizations in transactional matters. During her undergraduate studies, she was involved with various research projects in conjunction with The Nature Conservancy and the Allegheny National Forest. 

Randa is a member of Beta Beta Beta, the National Biological Honor Society and, before attending law school, worked as an assistant commercial mortgage broker at a prominent New York firm.
