Rosanna Miller

Rosanna Miller has over 25 years of experience in real estate. She has been an integral part of Rothman Gordon’s Commercial Real Estate department as its Paralegal since 1998. Rosanna is involved in all aspects of transactions involving commercial real estate, including closings, title policies, and post-closing disbursements.

Rosanna also conducts and reviews property searches, including reviewing and plotting of the property descriptions, easements, conditions and restrictions in connection with real property. She is responsible for drafting title commitments and title policies and drafting of various documents in connection with the transaction, such as agreements, deeds, and loan-related documents.

With regard to entity matters, Rosanna drafts documents for corporations and other business entities that are involved in the acquisition, development, ownership, management, and leasing of real property, including formation documents, corporate minutes, partnership and limited liability company operating agreements. With regard to homeowner and condominium association documents, Rosanna drafts formation documents, by-laws, and declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions.

Prior to joining Rothman Gordon, Rosanna was employed at American General Services as a Settlement Coordinator preparing settlement statements and drafting title commitments and title policies.
