After completing his bachelor’s degree at Baldwin-Wallace, Steve went on to obtain his JD and MBA degrees as part of a four-year joint program with the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.

Immediately after graduate school, Steve joined the mergers and acquisitions group of a large industrial manufacturer. There he performed due diligence on acquisition targets and created financial models for the company’s executive leadership team.

Most recently, Steve worked for the Pittsburgh division of a national health care consulting firm, where he conducted due diligence on health care entities and performed a variety of business valuations for national and local health systems.

Effective July 2019, Steve is pleased to join H2R CPA as Senior Manager, Business Valuation. In this role, Steve will assist in all aspects of H2R’s valuation practice, including: Purchase price allocations, mergers & acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, ESOPs, equity-based compensation, shareholder disputes, estate and gift, and tax strategy.
