Danielle M. Guarascio

Danielle M. Guarascio joined Weiss Burkardt Kramer LLC as an Associate in February 2020.  She is involved in the representation of municipal clients with a focus on tax assessment. 

Danielle graduated cum laude from University of Pittsburgh in 2016 where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne School of Law in 2019 where she was the recipient of the Paul J. Gitnik Award.  Danielle served as Treasurer of the Women’s Law Association, participated in the SPIRIT Emerging Leaders Program, and received the Outstanding Appellate Oral Argument Award in her Legal Research and Writing class.  While in law school Danielle served as a student attorney for the Urban Development Practicum assisting various nonprofit organizations in distressed communities in the region. 

Danielle is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors.
