Endia Vereen is an Associate at Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. where she is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Cyber Security, Financial, and Real Estate Services Groups. Ms. Vereen regularly counsels business entities with issues related to general corporate governance matters, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. She counsels financial institutions, financial technology companies and related business clients on various aspects of multi-state and federal consumer credit and retail financial services as well as compliance with consumer lending laws and regulations. Ms. Vereen also counsels individuals and business clients regarding residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Vereen is the Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Corporate, Banking and Business Law Section and sits on the Young Professional Outreach Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.
