Grant Berry

Grant Berry advises clients on the purchase, sale, investment in, and financing of various businesses and properties. As a transactional attorney, he has worked with clients to negotiate and close a wide variety of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, financings, reorganizations, and joint ventures.

Before joining Eckert Seamans, Grant served as in-house corporate counsel to a Fortune 50 company, where he was responsible for commercial agreements, real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations, and risk management. He negotiated procurement agreements and other commercial agreements in various sectors of the logistics and supply chain management industry including technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, fulfillment, and retail. Grant also has served as in-house counsel in the retail industry, where he was responsible for drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, and various contracts for over 1,000 stores. In this role he was also responsible for managing an intellectual property portfolio of domestic and international trademarks, and negotiating trademark and copyright infringement claims.
