Ryan Haddad’s practice focuses on energy law and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He counsels industry clients on matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, structured finance, production prepayment facilities, project development, mineral conveyancing, joint development and exploration agreements, participation agreements, operating agreements, pipeline right-of-way agreements, procurement contracts, water sharing agreements, natural gas purchase and sale agreements, oil and gas leases, regulatory matters, and other documents associated with natural gas operations, waste-to-energy projects and other energy development.

Ryan is experienced in the negotiation of master service agreements, oil and gas lease transactions and disputes, land use matters, due diligence review related to real property acquisitions and transactions for the energy sector, and leases, easements, and purchase and sale agreements, and certified mineral title. Additionally, Ryan has experience representing corporate and individual clients with respect to a broad range of real estate transactions.

While in law school, Ryan received the 2012 Advanced Oil and Gas Law Outstanding Student Award for his analysis of force majeure implications of New York State’s fracking ban, and served as Marketing Editor of Sustainable Development Law & Policy.
