Kelly Fetick

Kelly Fetick is the President and Founder of Landis Consulting Group, a women-owned, specialized technology staffing and recruitment firm in Pittsburgh. Landis provides high-tech contract, contract-to-hire, and placement services ranging from entry to executive level across a full spectrum of technologies.

Kelly’s worked in the industry for 15 years and an expert in hiring, attracting and retaining high-tech talent. Her responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations and driving overall strategy and growth. Prior to Landis, Kelly worked for two of the world’s leading human capital solution providers, Randstad & Allegis Group.

A Pittsburgh native, Kelly’s served on Advanticom’s Advisory Board and the Executive Board for Riverside Women’s Association (RWA). Other affiliations include RedChair PGH, the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance and 2018 Emerging Leader of Pittsburgh (U.S Small Business Administration). In her spare time Kelly enjoys volunteering as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She earned Telecommunications & Business degrees at Penn State University and lives with her husband, son, and daughter in Oakmont.
