Marcin Krieger

With more than ten years of experience in E-Discovery law and a background in computer science, Marcin brings a unique skill set to Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery Group. Marcin’s responsibilities include supervising document review projects, ensuring their timely completion, and interfacing with the firm’s litigation teams on substantive and administrative needs related to E-Discovery.  He is a Relativity Certified Administrator and he plays an active role in the beta testing of new technology.   

Marcin leverages his deep technical understanding of E-Discovery software to manage large projects, as well as develop creative solutions to complex problems present in large document reviews.  Marcin has worked on discovery matters for multiple financial, insurance, medical, regulatory and intellectual property disputes.   

Prior to entering law school, Marcin worked for Microsoft Corporation as a program manager, working with the corporate and academic computer science communities on the adoption of emerging software technology.
