Andrew A. Carpenter is an Associate with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP and is a member of its Litigation, Corporate Law, and Employment Law Practice Groups. 
 

Mr. Carpenter received his JD from Duquesne University School of Law in 2018 after earning his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.  Mr. Carpenter was a Law Clerk for several organizations, including the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia Civil Division, the United Steel Workers, and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

 
Before coming to MB&M, Mr. Carpenter achieved numerous motions for summary judgement wins and successfully resolved nearly two dozen cases through arbitration.  His skill as defense counsel partnered with his proactiveness and integrity in representing clients are key attributes Mr. Carpenter brings to the MB&M legal team. 
 
Mr. Carpenter is an Adjunct Professor at Bethany College, teaching Business Law, and is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA).
