Aparna Nemlekar, a partner in the Intellectual Property Department at Fox Rothschild, LLP, is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with more than a decade of experience — as inside and outside counsel — providing strategic guidance to clients on patent, trademark and licensing matters, particularly in the chemical, biotech, pharmaceutical and medtech industries. She assists clients in preparing and negotiating patent and trademark licensing, joint research, sponsored research, material transfer and non-disclosure agreements and provides intellectual property due diligence for a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.  Aparna also provides counseling on patent portfolio strategy, Hatch-Waxman Act issues, patentability, invalidity and freedom to operate matters.
