Danielle L. Dietrich

Danielle L. Dietrich is a shareholder and attorney at the law firm of Strassburger McKenna Gutnick and Gefsky, and focuses her practice on women and diverse-owned businesses, healthcare law and litigation.  She serves at outside general counsel to women and diverse-owned businesses and helps them with seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) status through the U.S. Department of Transportation.  She helps companies prepare for the certification process and appeal denials.  On the business end, she helps those clients with contract matters, collections, employment issues and general corporate matters.

Danielle also represents medical providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, personal care homes and private medical practices.  She handles Medical Assistance-Long Term Care appeals, guardianships, disputes with agents under power of attorney, collections, and Orphan’s Court litigation.  She also assists health care clients with drafting policies, Medicare and Medicaid audits and appeals, and HIPAA compliance issues.

She was recently elected to a second term on the Board of Governors of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and previously served as chair of the Women in the Law Division of the ACBA.  She serves on the Board of Directors for South Hills Interfaith Movement (SHIM) and on the advisory boards of both 360 Access and the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Global Association for VR/AR.
