I am a progressive and innovative Professional Engineer specializing in the planning, design, and construction-phase services for water and wastewater projects. Over my career, I have gained extensive experience in sewer system infrastructure assessment and rehabilitation programs on public and private property, as well as combined sewer overflow and sanitary sewer overflow analysis and mitigation through comprehensive flow monitoring and analysis, geographic information system (GIS)-based internal sewer inspection programs, and oversight of dynamic hydraulic and hydrologic model software applications.

After specializing in the planning stages of wet weather work early in my career, I garnered significant design and construction experience through the implementation of several combined sewer overflow long term control plans and sanitary sewer overflow capital improvement plans. The largest wet weather plan was valued over $50 million.

I intend to continue to grow personally and professionally through involvement with some of the largest wet weather programs around the country.
