Julia Germeyer is the founder and owner of Seventh Gear Communications, a marketing consulting firm. Julia is based in Pittsburgh but works with professional services firms and small businesses across the U.S. Clients look to Julia for help with technical writing, content development for websites, blogs, and e-newsletters, social media management and strategy, and marketing planning.
Julia has 15 years of experience as an in-house marketer to accounting and law firms and higher education, and since 2017, an external consultant. She also taught at the University of Pittsburgh from 2014 to 2018. Julia is a member of the American Marketing Association (Pittsburgh chapter) and the Baldwin-Brentwood-Whitehall Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.A., Communication: Rhetoric and Public & Professional Writing Certificate) and Point Park University (MBA: Management concentration). She resides in the South Hills with her family.
