Laura Yutzy is a Director with Newmark Knight Frank Pittsburgh serving in both landlord and tenant representation. Ms. Yutzy has spent the last decade of her career navigating the dynamic landscape of the hospitality industry. Her passion lies in the strategic growth and nurturing of authentic restaurant concepts and talent, as well as brands that have their sights set on an expanded regional or national presence. 

Drawing on her extensive knowledge of the restaurant business, market trends and trade area sales volumes, Ms. Yutzy parlays this comprehensive experience seamlessly, to plan and implement local, regional and national growth-and-development plans. She is well-versed in the creation and execution of systematic strategies for new development and properties in need of Food & Beverage repositioning. 

Ms. Yutzy has completed more than 30 restaurant transactions and consulted on behalf of such notable clients such as Public Universities, James Beard nominated chefs, and regional restaurant groups. 

Ms. Yutzy brings a special appreciation for both sides of the table in any negotiation and prides herself on creating strong relationships between both tenant and landlord.
