Ralph Comulada is the Head of Enterprise Financial Messaging and Transaction Surveillance Technology at BNY Mellon providing financial message delivery network and market infrastructure connectivity for the enterprise along with screening for OFAC, KYC, and Anti-Money Laundering. Ralph and his team are currently focused on industry readiness for ISO20022, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning for compliance and the transformation of enterprise capabilities into modern, cloud ready architecture.

Ralph has grown a robust technology career over the past 25 years, managing large scale operations at multi-billion-dollar global companies across insurance, publishing, healthcare and financial services industries.

At BNY Mellon, Ralph provides insight, coaching and leadership across various groups that focus on improving workplace culture and people experience. These include the Global Operations and Technology wellbeing and employee engagement councils, the Pittsburgh site leadership council, and employee resource groups GENEDGE (intergenerational network) and WIT (women in technology). Ralph is also thrilled to be a new sponsor as part of the Retaining and Advancing Black Leadership program at the Firm. Ralph also enjoys giving back through volunteer work, contributing to organizations like Junior Achievement, The Education Partnership, The Hunger Project, and Year Up.

Ralph holds an MBA in Managerial Finance and an Advanced Certificate in Risk Management & Business Continuity from IONA University in New York, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership Strategies for IT from Harvard University.
