Sean Dawson is an associate attorney at Littler Mendelson.  Sean counsels and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other state and local agencies. He has defended employers in matters involving, among other things: discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation, wage and hour issues, and noncompete and other restrictive covenant disputes.  Sean also regularly provides advice and counseling to clients, including reviewing and drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies, providing advice on discipline and termination, and conducting workplace investigations.
