Trevor Handlovitch is an associate attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, with a practice centered on real estate and business law.

Mr. Handlovitch handles primarily commercial real estate matters, including advising on the sale and purchase of mixed use developments, financing, commercial leasing, and real estate option agreements. He also represents landlords and property management companies in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and advises on ongoing operational issues.

Mr. Handlovitch’s business law practice encompasses all areas of business and corporate law from entity choice and formation, to debt and equity financing, and business restructuring, acquisition, and sale. For many of his clients, Mr. Handlovitch handles their legal issues in both real estate and business, providing comprehensive legal advice that appreciates the practical and legal considerations of both.

Outside the office, Mr. Handlovitch can usually be found playing, coaching, or watching ice hockey. As a Division 1 ice hockey player throughout his college career, he still eats, sleeps, and breathes hockey, but does take a break occasionally to go boating, skiing, or catch a movie.
