Ronald Baumiller

Ronald Baumiller serves as BPC’s Managing Principal. Over the course of his career in executive search, he has worked to successfully place over 200 individuals in senior level administrative and executive roles across the country and abroad. Prior to the founding of BPC, Ron worked for several of the nation’s top executive search firms, many of which have been ranked as best in class by Forbes and Hunt Scanlon Media. In addition to his career in search, he sits on the Board of Directors at the American Marketing Association and serves as President-elect for the Pittsburgh chapter and began his career in higher education teaching and conducting research.
